Guest Experience & Coffee Lead

Grace Church is seeking a Guest Experience & True Coffee Lead—someone who thrives in both daily operations and hands-on event execution. This role provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of True Coffee while helping bring weekend services and special events to life through preparation, execution, and volunteer leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating welcoming experiences that reflect the heart and mission of Grace Church.

Recruit, lead, and support volunteer teams for Sunday services and special events

Schedule and communicate with teams through CCB, email, and text

Train volunteers on financial processes and ensure accountability in transactions

Maintain clean, organized spaces that reflect excellence and care

Provide ongoing training to create a consistent guest experience

Manage inventory for True Coffee and special events

Execute weekend service responsibilities and special events

Evaluate and implement systems and process improvements

Maintain confidentiality and integrity across teams and processes

A growing relationship with Jesus and commitment to the mission and values of Grace Church

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details and competing priorities

A heart for hospitality and creating welcoming guest experiences

Ability to be both a strategic thinker and hands-on team player

Experience in hospitality, coffee, retail, events, or a related field preferred

Attend worship services and financially support the ministry of Grace Church

Contribute to a positive staff culture through collaboration, initiative, and engagement with the team

Model excellence, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all responsibilities, reflecting a commitment to honoring God
