Metcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Executive to join our construction family. Someone who is interested in joining a company with a true family culture approach and who will help expand on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

The Assistant Project Manager reports to the Project Manager with additional reporting to the VP of Operations. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following:

• Coordinates project activities with minimal guidance from the Project Manager.
• Performs accounting activities.
• Performs estimating functions as requested.
• Performs more senior activities as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling.
• Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.

• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
