Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing
Reno, NV | Full-Time | On-Site | $100,000 - $120,000 | Positions Open: 1
Teklus is a veteran-owned and veteran-operated general contractor out of Reno - about 40 people building commercial and industrial projects across Nevada, Arizona, Kansas, and California, including work for some of the biggest names in the tech industry. People join for the client list. They stay because of how they're treated.
We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of industrial and commercial construction projects and owning execution from preconstruction through close-out on projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
How we work - the five things we hire for- Treat Everyone Kind Like U Should. No matter who they are - lead with kindness, listen genuinely, give credit in abundance, and be straight with people - especially when it's hard.
- Have Trust, Give Trust. Trust goes both ways - believe in others' good intentions and follow through so clients and teammates can count on what we say.
- Build It Like It's Yours. Never settle for good enough - build every job like our name is on it and have the courage to always do what's right.
- Take the Extra Minute. Rushing costs more than it saves - pause to check your work, keep everyone safe from harm, and celebrate our successes.
- A Little Better All the Time. We're never done learning - the smallest lessons, applied every day, are why each project runs better than the last.
