Project Manager Civil

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and driving financial performance.

• Manage projects from kickoff to closeout
• Align project scope, schedule, and budget
• Drive critical decisions to keep projects moving forward
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Monitor job costs, profitability, and project margins
• Oversee change orders, billing, and cost recovery processes
• Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Lead 2-week and 6-week planning efforts
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and constraints

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Lead project meetings and communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

• Manage contracts and subcontracts
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change management processes
• Ensure proper project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Support field operations and project logistics
• Ensure crews have the resources needed to execute work efficiently
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards
• Oversee final billing, punch lists, and closeout documentation

5+ years of Project Management experience in:

• Site Development

Strong experience with:

• Job Costing
• Budgeting
• Forecasting

Additional Requirements:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, HCSS, or similar
• Experience with accounting systems such as Sage or equivalent
