Baker Electric is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to be assigned to a specific construction job site, working with the Project Safety Manager and serving as the on-site safety representative until safety requirements are completed and the role transitions to a new project.
The ideal candidate will perform in-field safety observations, conduct orientations, enforce safety plans, track PPE and supplies, and coordinate training and incident investigations across the site.
