R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on concrete foundation projects across the United States.
The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering quality concrete work while developing crew members and maintaining safety. The Foreman will coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers, oversee formwork, reinforcing steel, anchors, placement and finishing, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.
