Mortenson Construction seeks a Laborer Foreman to coordinate crews, supervise laborers, and ensure safety on site. You will read blueprints, interpret specs, and establish work sequences to meet schedules while guiding teams and managing costs.
Need at least 3 years of related experience, union training, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment may be required.
