• Assist with incoming and outgoing calls from customers
• Support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
• Direct incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity
• Review reports for effective equipment placement and customer reservation management
• Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and e‑mail
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with reservation management systems or similar software
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
