Ria’s mission is to be the most progressive and inclusive money transfer business in the world. This position is a front‑line customer service role that processes money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions while providing courteous service to millions of customers worldwide.

• Interact with customers face‑to‑face to process all Ria products, including money transfers, money orders, and buying/selling foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter customer information into our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries such as questions about services, cancellations, or other Ria locations.
• Recognize and resolve problems, issues, or complaints during queries or escalate them to management as needed.
• Stay up to date with Ria products, services, and policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transaction records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors.

• Ability to speak English & Spanish.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use MS Word and Excel.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A valid work permit is required.

Estimated hourly pay: $17.00
. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
