United States Postal Service seeks a motivated sales and customer service associate to work full‑time at our Reno, NV branch.

• LOCATION: Reno, NV
• SALARY: $21.44 per hour

This role involves providing sales and customer support services at the counter in a postal branch. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, returns, passport duties, and maintaining the retail lobby. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods are essential.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach.
• Strict grooming standards.
• Strict accuracy/honesty standards.
• Customer service skills required.
• Provide I‑9 documentation.
• Undergo pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

• Greet and interact with customers, offer assistance with products, sales and promotions, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle and process customer purchases and returns of products and services.
• Perform passport duties.
• Maintain appearance of retail lobby by setting up and arranging displays that are presentable to customers.
• Stand for prolonged periods while interacting with customers.
