Job Title: Remote Guest Service Agent
Hourly Pay: $15 - $21/hour
Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries or concerns. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating positive guest experiences, we want you on our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information
Address guest inquiries about services, amenities, and local attractions
Resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
Assist with reservations, updates, and cancellations
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
Process payments and provide accurate billing statements
- Handle guest requests like wake-up calls, transportation, or special accommodations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and hotel management software experience preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
Competitive pay: $15 - $21/hour
