Blue Jay Dental has a DSO client that needs a full time associate dentist to start immediately in Reno, Nevada.

STAND OUT OPPORTUNITY This opportunity offers exceptional mentorship to help a younger dentist develop advanced dentistry skills. Our client has a robust mentorship program and will give the tools necessary to help make the new dentist highly skilled.

CASELOAD Excellent paying caseload with FFS and PPO only accepted. Mostly adults with a few children.

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and produce out of multiple chairs.
• Prepare and restore fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Assess patient s dental status and arrange for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed.
• Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients.
• Provide routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis and fluoride treatments.
• Manage and supervise the work of dental assistants and dental hygienists
• Manage administrative functions of the Dental Office.
