Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards. Direct and coordinate project teams to maintain workflow and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of project managers, designers, and junior staff. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Design Direction: Establish and maintain the creative vision for projects, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically compelling.
• Client & Contractor Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors, maintaining strong, professional relationships and aligning project goals.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on technical challenges, ensuring sound architectural solutions.
• Resource Management: Monitor team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure balanced project support.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards across all deliverables.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and national building codes and zoning regulations to ensure all designs meet compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a registered Architect in the state of Nevada or able to obtain licensure through NCARB reciprocity
• Accredited degree in Architecture required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
• Experience with both commercial and residential projects
• Proficient in Revit (required)
• Familiarity with rendering software such as Lumion or Twinmotion
• Must be available to work onsite; this is not a remote position
