Reno-Tahoe Anesthesia , an established, physician-owned anesthesia group serving the Reno-Tahoe community for more than 13 years, is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our practice.

This position offers a well-rounded mix of inpatient and outpatient cases without trauma or transplant involvement. Our team values transparency, fairness, and professional autonomy and we are seeking a committed physician ready to contribute meaningfully to our growing partnership.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative physician-led practice with strong clinical and administrative support
• Eight or more weeks of paid vacation each year
• Top tier compensation in the $600K to $800K range
• No non-compete, no buy-in, and full financial partnership from day one
• No State Income Tax
• Home call model with low overnight case burden (sleep in your own bed)
• Partnership within 1 year (Board Certification required) with a profit-sharing plan
• Full benefits – health insurance, 401K, PTO, paid malpractice insurance and more!

Position Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Proficient with:
  Central access, SSPNB, PNB Catheters, Epidurals, Spinals
• Comfortable with regional and willing to do OB
• Currently we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this position
