A premier, high-volume orthopedic and neurosurgical practice in Northern Nevada is expanding its surgical team. This is a rare opportunity to step directly into an established patient base within one of the region’s most respected musculoskeletal groups. Physicians here consistently break productivity thresholds early and top performers earn $1M+ annually.

This practice is one of Nevada’s largest providers of orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgical care.

With multiple clinic sites across Reno and Carson City, the group offers a fully integrated model that includes on-site imaging, physical therapy, orthopedic urgent care, AI-supported documentation, and partnerships with several ambulatory surgery centers.

The team includes more than 20 physicians across orthopedic subspecialties and over 70 total musculoskeletal specialists. Surgeons benefit from dedicated APP support, established clinical volume, and a streamlined EHR (Athena).

Base Salary: Starting at $500,000 (DOE)

Productivity:

• Day-one productivity incentive
• Most physicians exceed their productivity threshold in year one
• Overhead capped at 50%. Collections above this point drop directly to profit territory

Earning Potential:

• Top surgeons earn $1M+ annually
• High performers commonly generate $1.3M–$1.5M based on group averages
