Position Title: Psychiatry Chief Medical Officer - Adolescent RTC
Job Location: 690 vervoer Way, Reno, NV 89502
Willow Springs CenterWillow Springs Center is a 116‑bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6‑17. We offer general and specialty treatment programs for males and females in addition to a Special Education program. All programs are staffed by trained clinicians in a multidisciplinary treatment care environment under the direction of the Child Psychiatrist.
Details- Position Title: Chief Medical Officer & Child Adolescent Psychiatrist.
- Schedule: Flexible Monday‑Friday, day shift with occasional weekends and evening call.
- On‑Site/Tele: On‑site in‑person presence required 4 days per week minimum.
- Caseload: 18 patients per week on average.
- Call & Weekend Coverage: Split amongst medical staff, Marriott 8 call shifts per monthrepos. ' Sent to Preferred arrangement: Employed W‑2 preferred; 1099 independent contractor arrangements considered.
- Position is: Highly visible and active role.
- Anticipated Clinical/Admin split: 60% Clinical / 40% Admin
- Clinical Duties: Complete admission evaluations, regular follow‑ups, lead weekly treatment team planning and meetings, and discharge duties for assigned patients.
- Admin Function: Lead weekly treatment team planning and meetings, supervision of other providers and clinical staff, participation in Medical Staff & Executive Team Committee meetings, strategic initiatives including Program Development, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, & Utilization Management.
- Ability to set a strategic vision with measurable outcomes that promote Psychiatric Department development and success.
- Ability to build a collaborative and supportive culture for the provider team.
- Strong management and proven leadership skills required.
- Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and outcomes.
- Willingly accepts direction in achievement of organization’s objectives.
- Organizational skills, including working collaboratively with others.
- Understanding of and commitment to stewardship in both medical management and business reality.
- Strong business acumen relating to Psychiatric operations, finance and decision making.
- Base Salary: $400,000‑$420,000

Certifications:
BE/BC General Psychiatry through ABPN (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (required). - Licensure: Current Nevada physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
- Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
