Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed treatment facility serving children and adolescents ages 6-17. We specialize in residential treatment and PHP/IOP behavioral health services in a collaborative, physician-led treatment environment.

Opportunity Highlights

Flexible Monday-Friday schedule.
Shared phone-only call (approximately 8 shifts/month).
Residential and PHP/IOP patient population.
Full-time caseload = 32 residential patients.
Multidisciplinary treatment team environment.

Responsibilities

Psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
Medication management
Admissions, follow-up visits, and discharge evaluations
Lead weekly treatment team meetings
Collaboration with families and community providers

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
