Salary:
Teacher’s Salary Schedule. Salaries are subject to adjustment and may increase or decrease each fiscal year. Benefits are available for eligible employees who are regularly scheduled to work 27.5 hours per week or more, including:
No waiting period on Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance;
Sick Leave, Holiday Pay and Vacation Pay;
Public Employees Retirement System (PERS);
Salary Increases;
Longevity Bonuses;
Guidance Resources. Health insurance premiums are paid by employees at a prorated percent for those working less than full time. New employees will be fingerprinted upon hire and will have a deduction from the first paycheck to help defray the cost of fingerprinting. Your job offer is conditional until a background report meets the standards of WCSD for employment purposes.

Internal Job Number 2026/27. Limited term contracts are grant-funded and contingent on continued funding. The hiring administrator may retain incumbents for the duration of the grant with possible transfer options at the conclusion of the position.
