* Assist the Provost, Vice Provost, and the Director by facilitating and overseeing the complaint resolution process. Receiving/investigating complaints of discrimination based upon protected class status and/or sexual harassment and related allegations in violation of Federal and State laws, or University policies with limited assignment of allegations of sexual violence, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking
* Meet with students, employees, and community members, gather information relating to open investigations
* Identify and interview complainants, respondents, witnesses, and other parties as they pertain to the investigation
* Research Civil Rights laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and discuss with Director before providing information
* Monitor Title VI, Title VII and IX programs and data sources to ensure compliance and develop and maintain data processes
