Virtual Design Coordinator

• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
• Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries from the project team
• Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
• Standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams
• Run clash detection reports and participate in the BIM coordination process

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with 5 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of Revit, particularly in project setup and model management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
• Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues
• High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and clients
