** Required Qualifications*
* · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
· Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada, or the ability to obtain within 6 months
· 6+ years of experience·
*** Working knowledge
*** of Engineering software including, but not limited to:o Civil Design & Grading (Civil 3D) o Hydrology & Hydraulics (HEC HMS, HEC RAS) o Geotechnical Design (Geo Studio, Rocscience)
· Possess valid driver’s license
· Willing to travel by car and airplane, including overnight travel for domestic projects
** Key Responsibilities*
* · Lead and take professional ownership of projects in a technical capacity
· Perform engineering work for industrial and mining projects
· Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic analysis calculations for storm drainage
· Perform geotechnical calculations for slope and foundation stability
· Calculation of construction and earthwork quantities
· Visit project sites for the purpose of data collection and monitoring, performing investigations and / or performing construction inspection services
· Utilize a variety of computer programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D software to undertake designs and computations
· Write memos and calculation packages to document work performed
