A full‑time position responsible for project delivery across water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, permitting, and implementation. The role focuses on treatment plants, biosolids, pumping stations, and pipelines for private and municipal clients, with projects ranging from PFAS removal to water reuse and groundwater supply development.

- Develop technical engineering documents including reports, specifications, permits, cost estimates, and construction plans.
- Define scope, schedule, and budget, supporting business development and new pursuit efforts.
- Lead engineering investigations and planning work, collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, and evaluating alternative solutions.
- Conduct engineering assessments, investigations, and design work from preliminary layouts to final drawings.
- Perform quality control on calculations and design drawings to maintain high standards.
- Prepare material for reports, presentations, and permit applications, including graphics and outlines.
- Observe construction procedures in the field and inspect for compliance with plans and specs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to identify opportunities in northern Nevada.
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- 10–15 years of project production and technical experience, including 6 years as a project manager.
- Strong interpersonal skills, technical writing, and public speaking.
- Experience with process, pump station, and treatment plant projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D (a plus).
- P.E. license required.
- Willingness to visit project sites as needed.

Expected compensation range: $120,000–$150,000 annually or $57,000–$72,000 hourly, varying with skills, experience, and location.
