• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fabrication plants) or a design-build/real estate development environment.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required.

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with construction planning and scheduling fundamentals, spanning from programming through commissioning.
• Experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Experience with facilities equipment and environments (e.g., switch gear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
• Experience managing changing capital projects.
• Understanding of start-up and commissioning processes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
