Are you ready to take your avionics career to new heights? We’re seeking a hands-on Aircraft Avionics Technician to join a fast-paced aerospace team that’s redefining aviation maintenance and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work with state-of-the-art avionics systems—performing installation, calibration, diagnostics, and repairs to keep aircraft performing at peak reliability and safety standards. You’ll be part of an expert crew passionate about precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair complex avionics systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD models (CATIA, AutoCAD).
  • Conduct root cause analysis on electrical and electronic system issues.
  • Install and calibrate communication, navigation, radar, and flight control systems.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, ohmmeters, and CMMs.
  • Fabricate or modify sheet metal components when needed to support assembly or repair.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in CMMS systems.
  • Ensure all work meets FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and applicable military specs.
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or avionics repair (military experience highly valued).
  • Strong background in electrical troubleshooting and system integration.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (CATIA, AutoCAD) and schematic interpretation.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations (FARs), AS9100, and quality control practices.
  • Skilled in hand tools, power tools, soldering, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift, climb, and work safely in demanding environments.
  • Part 65 Airframe rating preferred, or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
