Project Scheduler – Reno (Epcon) – Data Center
Location:
Onsite in Reno
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the development and execution of a large data center project. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining the master project schedule, coordinating with contractors, and providing accurate progress reporting throughout all phases of the project.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from early planning through construction completion.
- Coordinate schedule inputs with project managers, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Evaluate contractor-provided schedules for accuracy, logic, and compliance with project requirements.
- Track milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Provide regular progress reporting to project leadership.
- Support risk analysis and schedule recovery plans as needed.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project scheduling for large industrial or power generation projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Experience with natural gas power generation projects strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex schedules and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
