Job Overview

Join Jensen Infrastructure, a leader in innovative stormwater management solutions, as a Project Manager
. This pivotal role bridges design, sales, production, and project execution across a diverse portfolio of projects, including pump stations, stormwater systems, and lined concrete products. The position can be based in Reno, NV;
Lockeford, CA; or Sacramento/Granite Bay, CA, reporting to the VP of Stormwater Solutions.

Oversee end-to-end project execution from design and estimating to production coordination and field support. Work cross-functionally with production teams, customers, sales representatives, and engineers to align schedules, communicate project specifications, and coordinate logistics for safe, timely deliveries.

• Develop model assemblies and technical drawings to support project execution.
• Estimate and quote work.
• Create submittal packages and assist with production planning and procurement.
• Manage sales orders via ERP and track client interactions via CRM.
• Communicate with customers, engineers, and production teams.
• Provide on-site field support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in precast, construction, or building materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, and data management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
