• A minimum of 5 years in construction management and project management within Mission Critical / Data Center environments.
• Proven experience in telecommunications, commercial electrical work, and emergency power systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, EMSBs, and Data Center infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of building architecture and MEP construction.
• Expertise in OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
• Proficiency in managing complex construction projects with a focus on zero outage goals.
