A growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning through construction, develop client relationships, mentor engineering staff, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities- Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and fee estimates.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance/quality control.
- Mentor engineers and support staff development.
- Assist with proposals, business development, and client relationship management.
- Water distribution and wastewater systems.
- Stormwater management and drainage.
- Municipal infrastructure and public works.
- Transportation, roadways, and trails.
- Commercial, residential, and institutional land development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
