Customer Service Rep, Casino
Job Summary
To create a fun atmosphere in the casino by encouraging guests to sign up for Club Eldorado and to assist in coupon / prize distribution. The employee must be proficient in data entry of all new applications and explain Club Eldorado, promotions, and special event functions while establishing effective working relationships with co‑workers and guests.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, courteous, professional service to all patrons of the casino.
- Exhibit professionalism during all guest and employee interactions.
- Maintain technical skills and accurate data entry of new application sign‑ups.
- Attend special events and perform daily inventory of supplies.
- High school education or equivalent; at least two years customer service experience.
- Must be over 21 years of age to work on casino floor.
- Excellent communication, observation, and public speaking skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to multitask, and willing to ask questions about projects and procedures.
- Must accurately, neatly, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks and prevent duplicate accounts.
- Must be able to answer phones and display a consistently positive attitude.
- Gaming license required.
- Walk or stand for eight hours and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Excellent hearing to understand what is being said in a noisy atmosphere.
- Bring a positive and energetic personality.
Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
