A company is looking for a Travel Advisor to provide travel services for business travelers.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange domestic and international travel services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations.
- Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support adhering to travel policies.
- Monitor and maintain reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks throughout the workday.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in booking corporate / business travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GDS (Global Distribution System).
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
