Agency Controller

Noble Studios is seeking a hands-on Controller with agency experience who will manage our small accounting team and personally handle our budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. This role makes strategic and financial recommendations to the leadership team, as well as oversees our external tax accountants and business insurance brokers. Noble’s Controller ensures subcontractors are effectively managed and serves as our primary interface to tax departments in the cities and states where we have offices and employees.

The position plays a key role in helping senior management create a strategic vision by both providing and developing data, KPI’s, and being proactive in recommending both revenue enhancement and cost reduction strategies. The position serves as a resource to the rest of the organization as well as maintaining the company’s financial single source to truth.
