Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle accounting operations for Market Force, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, and asset management.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes in accordance with GAAP / IFRS and internal standards.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures to support audit readiness and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align accounting practices with business needs and provide strategic financial insights.
- Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making and business planning.
- Serve as the key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team, promoting professional development and operational excellence.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial systems and tools to drive automation and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in reporting accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Master's degree or MBA preferred. - CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP / IFRS, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead accounting teams and manage multi-entity operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and finance transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced, global organization.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
