Psychiatric APC (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

We are seeking mid-level practitioners (APRN or PA licensed in NV) to join our Psychiatric Team! The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant specializing in mental health who provides high quality, patient-centered assessment and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.

A Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician at HOPES functions as an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team within the Behavioral Health Department. Tasks include biopsychosocial assessments, making diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and conducting medication management. Clinicians consult with other behavioral health providers, medical providers, support staff, and paraprofessionals to support HOPES’ whole-person, integrated approach to patient care.

• Assessment of mental health and substance use disorders.
• Documentation of clinical findings and treatment progress.
• Planning and coordination with the treatment team.
