The Lead Pharmacy Technician is the point of contact for coordinating daily pharmacy operations and serves as a liaison between the pharmacy and the agency. Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, this role will support daily pharmacy operations and act as a liaison between the pharmacy and the agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Clinic/Pharmacy Operations and workflow, and be well-versed in 340B compliance, inventory procedures, and Ryan White funding.

Participation in organization-wide PCMH activities to improve patient care is required.
