This position offers up to a $2,000 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities:

Assess guest preferences and tolerances before treatments, and recommend spa services accordingly.

Escort guests to treatment rooms and waiting areas for additional services.

Perform massage and body treatments following Spa Toscana standards, protocols, and procedures.

Follow technical procedures as outlined in spa manuals.

Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.

Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of spa rooms.

Adhere to all departmental and company policies regarding attendance, appearance, and conduct.

Qualifications:

Valid Massage Therapy License from the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy.
At least 6 months of spa/massage experience.
Effective verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers.
