Bring compassionate care directly to patients’ homes! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing home health team. This is an excellent opportunity to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care and established visit frequency.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in safe techniques to improve daily living activities (ADLs).
• Perform home safety checks and report any concerns to the OT.
• Communicate patient progress and any changes in condition to the supervising OT.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in case conferences as needed.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and submit visit notes as required.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Current OTA license in Nevada (required).
• Minimum 1 year of home health OTA experience (required).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible home health caseload.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
