WE ARE SEEKING!! skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in the Reno area. This role involves providing therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients regain functional abilities, improve safety, and enhance daily living skills in the home setting.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
• Assist patients in improving mobility, self-care, and daily living activities
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Document patient progress in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care

• Current NV COTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred but not required
