Role Summary

We re seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team and positively impact our clients  lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you ll play a vital role in enhancing individuals  independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements and Skills

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping duties
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide personalized care based on individual care plans
• Support physical well-being through mobility assistance and exercises
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients  condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for each client
