Experienced Caregiver

We’re looking for compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. You will help enhance individuals’ independence and overall well-being in the comfort of their homes.

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

• Aid clients in daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare healthy meals while considering dietary preferences and restrictions
• Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement
• Deliver individualized care in accordance with clients' personalized care plans
• Ensure a tidy and safe living space through light household chores
• Promote physical wellness by assisting with mobility and facilitating exercises
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings when necessary
• Record care activities and communicate any alterations in clients' conditions to the supervisor
• Work alongside the care team to ensure comprehensive client care
