• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Respiratory Unit experience.

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

• Required Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Greater than 3 years of Level 3 NICU experience with competency in high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, heliox, neonatal intubation, neonatal ventilator management, bubble CPAP, heated high flow for the neonate, neonatal arterial puncture, and delivery attendance.
• NICU transport experience required.
• Required Credentials: ABG license required.
• Unit Details: NICU and adult patient populations.
• Shift & Scheduling:
  Traveler may need to be scheduled for on call.
• Floating Requirements:
  Traveler will need to float to all areas adult critical care and neonatal critical care.

• 14 days maximum time off
• 2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
• Proof of identification required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
