Schulte Hospitality Group is currently seeking a Dish Steward for its Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, NV
. This full-time position offers a competitive rate of $19 per hour and accepts applications until November 9, 2026

The Dish Steward keeps back-of-house operations running smoothly. Key duties include:

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Maintain the dish room and operate the commercial dish machine
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans as needed
• Remove garbage and ensure proper waste disposal
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of each shift
• Keep dish and storage areas clean and organized throughout your shift
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• High school education (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar dish steward or kitchen support role (required)
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• A collaborative,
  team-oriented mindset
