What You'll Do :

We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about finding and closing top-tier talent. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for all roles, acting as a true partner to hiring managers and a champion of candidate experience. Sourcing

& Pipeline Building
  • Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like Linked In Recruiter and Gem.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage creative and data-informed sourcing strategies to proactively uncover and engage a diverse pool of top-tier talent.
  • Process Optimization :
    Embrace a mindset of continuous iteration, regularly evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Champion best practices while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate hiring outcomes across the organization.
Recruiting & Candidate Management
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by driving kickoff and calibration meetings to define role requirements, align on candidate expectations, and architect effective interview strategies laying the foundation for successful hiring.
  • Navigate evolving hiring needs and shifting candidate profiles by working closely with hiring teams to adapt recruiting strategies in real time, ensuring alignment through agile planning, transparent communication, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate a seamless interview process.
  • Communicate our mission, values, and growth story to inspire and attract top talent.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely updates, transparent feedback, and thoughtful communication.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse experience strongly preferred).
  • Report on key hiring metrics to help improve process efficiency and transparency.
Collaboration & Onboarding Support
  • Partner with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
  • Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding activities specific to engineering roles.
What You'll Bring :
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company (required)
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Gem).
  • Proactive Ownership :
    Takes initiative without waiting to be asked, anticipates needs, and drives action.
  • Influence & Persuasion :
    Builds alignment and momentum across stakeholders to move processes ahead.
  • Highly Organized & Efficient :
    Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles, hiring processes, and competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent Communicator & Relationship-Builder :
    Builds trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders; ensures a high-touch, thoughtful experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable :
    Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; operates with initiative and flexibility even as priorities shift and needs evolve.
  • Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
