As a Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer on our AI Platform team, you will play a strategic role in shaping our AI capabilities, setting the technical vision, and delivering game‑changing tools for the investment management industry. With your deep expertise in AI systems, you’ll lead efforts to solve complex challenges, enhance platform capabilities, and drive innovation using state‑of‑the‑art technologies—including AI tools like OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, and open‑source frameworks.

• Lead the design and delivery of next‑generation AI capabilities, including integration of LLMs, RAG workflows, and AI Agents into Ridgeline’s platform
• Define and execute technical strategies that amplify the value of AI across our enterprise offerings
• Architect scalable, production‑grade AI pipelines for real‑time and batch inference in cloud‑native environments
• Research and implement advanced models and algorithms to keep Ridgeline on the leading edge of AI innovation
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence through design guidance, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate across teams to build end‑to‑end AI‑driven applications that directly impact our customers
• Establish AI development best practices around performance, reliability, observability, and ethical standards
• Stay current with AI research and emerging technologies and guide the team in evaluating and adopting relevant innovations

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML systems
• Proven experience architecting and deploying machine learning models—especially LLMs—in production environments
• Expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent frameworks, and model fine‑tuning
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with full‑stack environments using Kotlin, Java, or Type Script
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and distributed system design
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of driving technical initiatives across teams
• Excellent communication skills to engage cross‑functional stakeholders and articulate AI strategies

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL), multi‑agent systems, or LLM evaluation methodologies
• Contributions to high‑profile open‑source projects or publications in AI/ML conferences
• Familiarity with investment management workflows or use cases for AI in financial technology
