We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Jerry.ai’s AI‑driven communications product. AI and automation are key to driving engagement, conversion, and retention across SMS, in‑app chat, email, and voice. Our goal is to increase AI agent usage from 70 % to over 90 % while improving customer satisfaction and conversion.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to create lovable AI interactions that enhance automation and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to our core messaging systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, shape prompt‑engineering best practices, and influence the technical roadmap.
• Stay current on AI trends, best practices, and technologies to inform strategic decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations in a fast‑paced startup.
• A technologist and systems thinker who can engage in technical conversations and translate complex ideas into simple terms.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to dive into data to answer your own questions.
• Ownership of metrics and a relentless drive for improvement; an optimist who asks “how can we” rather than “if we can.”
• A passion for AI, an early adopter of the latest advances, and a desire to leverage AI at scale for personalized customer communications.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
