• Design, implement, and maintain complex IP networks in the Reno area.
• Develop and execute network plans, considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance.
• Configure and optimize Mikro Tik routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to proactively address potential risks.
• Monitor network performance and analyze data to ensure optimal functionality.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to achieve better efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Create and update network diagrams, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, system administrators, and security professionals.
• Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure successful implementation of networking solutions.
• Provide training and support to junior engineers and other team members.
• Assist in the development of training materials and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mikro Tik IP Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Mikro Tik Router
  
  OS and related networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of IP protocols, routing, and subnetting.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable networks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as Mikro Tik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) and Mikro Tik Certified Routing Engineer (MTCRE) are a plus.
