Service Desk Technician

Working for a large gaming company. Licensed in around 300 gaming jurisdictions, operating in over 90 countries and offering a unique blend of products and services, online gaming, to slot machines.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr you will be directed to talk with your recruiter regarding actual pay.

Contract

This position is for a Service Desk support tech. They will be providing day to day support for the local employees roughly 700 individuals.

• Providing support to users of the company's computer network and telephone systems.
• Taking calls, entering issues into the helpdesk tracking system, and attempting to solve the problem on first contact.
• Passing the call to a level‑2 engineer if the problem cannot be solved.
• Supporting desktops/laptops, operating systems, servers, applications, and remote access systems.
• Resetting user passwords and voicemail accounts.
• Monitoring server and application systems and responding to alerts as needed.
• Setting up new users on the network, determining access, establishing passwords, and creating new user accounts as required.

• Ability to take calls and perform password resets.
• Excellent customer service skills; will be the main support for the Reno office.
• Experience in a large environment; opportunity to transition to a full‑time role.

Working hours:
