An IT Operations Specialist is an entry-level, on-site, individual contributor who proactively manages all facility requests and escalations, continuously improving service levels, and achieving operational excellence, defined as a high efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability to navigating within Stord's operations.

An IT Operations Specialist is an individual early in their career with 3-6 years of prior professional experience in an IT support and/or troubleshooting position, typically holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent technology certificate.

They are expected to possess basic knowledge of technology hardware, software, and troubleshooting. They must demonstrate the ability to learn the unique IT systems, software, and applications of Stord, and collaborate effectively as a member of the IT team. They should leverage more senior members of the team to solve unique challenges, even if they have no prior experience with such challenges.
