IT Construction Project Manager

As the IT Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the technology lead for construction-related initiatives, ensuring critical infrastructure, systems, and technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead the IT planning, design, implementation, and activation of capital construction projects from concept through occupancy.
• Partner with Design & Construction, Information Technology, clinical teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure technology infrastructure and systems are designed to support both operational and clinical needs.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Oversee network infrastructure planning, technology installations, and system implementation within construction projects.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong project management experience in construction, IT, or both.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• The ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects within a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience working within healthcare systems or healthcare construction projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting technology infrastructure, network planning, or facility-related technology deployments.
