We are seeking candidates who are driven, resourceful, and solution-oriented. • Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals
• Reviewing and investigating legal claims
• Conducting legal research and writing, including complaints, discovery, briefs, and letters;
• Appearing for court and depositions
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and clients
• Reporting to firm management

• Graduated from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated
• Commitment to ethical practice
• Values high quality work and intellectual curiosity
