Thorndal Armstrong is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior insurance defense experience and proficiency in all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities- Managing document productions
- Preparing authorizations to access privileged information
- Drafting 16.1 disclosures
- Coordinating with experts to provide necessary documents
- Summarizing medical records
- Organizing documents, records, and exhibits for trial
- Minimum of three years of prior insurance defense experience
- Proficiency in all phases of litigation
- Strong understanding of Federal and State Court filing systems
- Familiarity with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure
